About The Position
This is a senior leadership role that requires strong technical depth, sound engineering judgment, and the ability to lead teams through growth, complexity, and fast-paced execution. The successful candidate will build and lead a high-performing mechanical engineering team, partner closely with cross-functional stakeholders, and drive consistent, high-quality design outcomes that support OCI’s business objectives for capacity growth, reliability, speed to market, and operational excellence. As a Director in this organization, you will be expected to operate both strategically and tactically—setting vision for the function while also engaging on critical technical decisions, complex design challenges, and organizational priorities.
