The Stanford Graduate School of Business Career Management Center (CMC) is a high-performing department that serves approximately 900 MBA students and 80 MSx students (mid-career professionals in a one-year Masters in Management program), and over 32,000 alumni. The mission of the MBA Career Services team within the CMC is to provide world-class career services for MBA students, and support for MSx, PhD and GSB alumni as needed. The CMC seeks a Director of MBA Career Services to lead the team supporting students in their career journeys from admission through graduation. The Director will be a member of the CMC leadership team, manage the team of MBA Career Advisors, oversee career education content development for MBAs, create and deliver career education content, coach students as they develop their career strategy, advise students on their job search strategy, and evaluate and manage external career service vendors.
