About the position
The Director of Master Data Management at Intel is responsible for leading a team of software engineers in the development and deployment of enterprise data management capabilities. This role involves overseeing the design and implementation of master data solutions, collaborating with various stakeholders throughout the software development life cycle. The director will enable teams to achieve their goals through effective leadership, accountability, and performance management, while fostering a productive work environment and driving results aligned with Intel's values.
Responsibilities
- Direct and manage a team of software engineers responsible for enterprise data management capabilities.
- Oversee the design and implementation of enterprise-level master data solutions.
- Collaborate with product owners, solution architects, business partners, and system integrators throughout the software development life cycle.
- Capture requirements and translate functional requirements into technical requirements.
- Support design, testing cycles, and implementation of solutions as part of a corporate-wide program.
- Enable teams to execute through clear goal setting and maintaining accountability.
- Inspire and develop team capabilities while ensuring a productive work environment.
Requirements
- 5+ years of management experience.
- 5+ years of data management experience in any field.
Nice-to-haves
- Master Data Management experience.
- Experience with SAP MDG (Master Data Governance).
- Experience with SAP ERP (S4).
- Experience with Reltio.
- Experience with MuleSoft.
