As the Director of MarTech & AdTech Platforms, you’ll be the strategic lead for the technology that powers our member engagement. From overseeing our Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) suite to scaling our Retail Media Network (RMN), your work will directly influence how we use data to drive growth and deliver a more personalized experience for millions of members worldwide. This role is a unique blend of high-level strategy and deep engineering execution. You will lead a global, multi-disciplinary team—including software engineers, platform engineers, and product owners—to build and maintain the platforms that handle everything from audience management to omni-channel measurement. We compete for talent with the biggest names in tech because the scale of our data and the complexity of our "omni-channel" challenge are just as significant. You’ll be responsible for a prioritized roadmap that doesn’t just keep the lights on, but actively unlocks new value for the business. Reporting to the AVP of Data & Marketing Platforms, you’ll act as a vital link between technical teams and executive leadership.
