The Revenue Management team within Microsoft Advertising is helping to power the monetization engine for Microsoft’s and third-party publishers’ online search & native, and AI services. Microsoft Advertising is seeking a Director of Marketplace Analytics within the Revenue Management organization to lead a global multi-functional team with the mission to help drive revenue growth through analysis, insights and opportunity identification. This role will lead a team that focuses on demand and supply related analysis across both Microsoft's Advertiser Network as well as Owned & Operated and third party partnerships. This leader will be an exceptional coach who leads with calm urgency, rigor, empathy, and the ability to balance between leading strategically while leveraging quantitative and data led techniques produced by the team. The ideal candidate will be a power collaborator and influencer with a solid dot-connecting ability working across teams with varying skillsets and vertically through the organization.
