Requirements

  • Ability to read, analyze and interpret common documentation.
  • Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from employees, regulatory agencies or members of the staff.
  • Ability to write and present information to management in a reasonable manner.
  • Ability to perform normal mathematical computations in regard to the implementation of current duties.
  • Ability to define problems, to collect data, to establish facts and draw valid conclusions.
  • Ability to interpret an extensive variety of instructions and deal with several variables.
  • Degree with training and experience in casino environment
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in marketing and sales management for casino.
  • Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer service.
  • To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.

Responsibilities

  • Designs, implements, maintains and evaluates all marketing plans related to advertising, public relations, promotions and direct marketing while emphasizing maximum utilization of the established budget.
  • Prepares monthly reports for management on key metrics developed for the Marketing Department.
  • Understands and ensures compliance with all policies and procedures.
  • Prepares yearly departmental budget and ensures maximum utilization of the budget.
  • Collaborates with other departments on special events and promotions.
  • Maintains appropriate staffing levels in the Marketing department by interviewing, selecting, training, scheduling, evaluating, disciplining and terminating team members as needed.
  • Held accountable to a high degree for the accuracy and thoroughness of departmental records and reports.
  • Perform any other duties as assigned.
