We're currently seeking a forward-looking Director of Marketing at 1 Hotel Austin to join our opening team. Main duties include to plan key initiatives, develop product ideas, analyze market trends, oversee customer-facing marketing collateral, and everything else related to the brand image. You'll tirelessly continue to lead and inspire an already innovative team that's always striving to deliver quality and one that thrives on consideration, thoughtfulness, collaboration and hard work.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of similar work experience in hospitality and marketing.
• Advanced knowledge of hospitality marketing.
• Strong leadership skills with a proven track record in guest and team member engagement and financial performance.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Flexibility to meet the demands of a 24-hour operation.
