The Director will be responsible for building the technology and operational infrastructure that enables marketing execution. They will lead initiatives that modernize our tech stack, improve operational efficiencies and increase marketing efficacy. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in B2B marketing execution and have experience in building the capabilities and processes that connect the stack, enable Marketers to seamlessly launch campaigns and provide the insights that drive optimization. The Director will also lead training and change management efforts that help Marketers effectively plan and activate campaigns, facilitating performance measurement, at scale, throughout the campaign lifecycle. Furthermore, the Director will closely collaborate with our lead generation and sales operations teams to integrate the Marketing-LeadGen-Sales workflow, with the goal of building stronger pipelines to drive future sales. This role requires a leader who can bridge the gap between marketing strategy, technology and operations, driving innovation and operational excellence. The ideal candidate is an individual who is passionate about driving continuous improvement and has experience in leveraging cutting-edge marketing technologies to boost efficiencies and support the company's growth objectives. We are made up of high performing teams that meet in person to learn and collaborate as needed. This role is considered hybrid, which means you'll be assigned to a Broadridge office and given the flexibility to work remote.
