The Marketing function at SharkNinja is directly accountable for achieving a high rate of sale on all products, focusing on demand creation, sell-in and sell-through of the portfolio, both new products and base business. SharkNinja Marketers have a general manager mindset and the ability to collaborate and operate across functional boundaries. This is a highly cross functional role that partners with R&D, Engineering, Product, Demand Planning, Creative, Media, Sales, and regional leads among others. As the Director of Marketing, you will serve as a key steward of the category and brand, helping to shape the development and execution of the product roadmap, global go-to-market strategies and ensuring a consistent voice and message across all channels (e.g. Packaging, Advertising, PR, Social/Content Marketing and Web Properties, collateral, trade etc.).
