About The Position

The Director, Marketing Services and Solutions at Zones will lead strategic marketing initiatives for the company's IT services and solutions portfolio. This role focuses on driving awareness, demand, and growth while ensuring alignment with sales, product, and delivery teams. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the IT services industry and a proven track record in B2B marketing, particularly in positioning complex solutions to targeted audiences.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • 12+ years of experience in B2B marketing, with a focus on IT services, solutions, or related fields.
  • Proven experience in building and executing demand generation and brand-building strategies.
  • Strong understanding of IT services, cloud solutions, cybersecurity, and managed services.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience in creating customer-facing messaging and presentations.
  • Proficiency with marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and analytics platforms (e.g., HubSpot, D365, Google Analytics).
  • Demonstrated experience in managing cross-functional teams and working collaboratively with sales, product, and delivery teams.
  • Experience in managing partner marketing relationships with technology or service partners.
  • Familiarity with SEO/SEM, digital advertising, and social media marketing.
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy for IT services and solutions, aligned with Zones growth objectives and customer needs.
  • Drive lead generation programs across channels (digital, content marketing, events, etc.) to acquire, engage, and nurture prospects.
  • Craft compelling messaging and positioning that differentiates the company's services and solutions in the marketplace.
  • Oversee the creation of high-quality marketing content (case studies, white papers, blog posts, webinars, etc.) to educate potential clients.
  • Conduct regular research on market trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to adjust marketing strategies.
  • Collaborate closely with sales teams to ensure alignment on messaging and provide necessary tools and training.
  • Work with strategic partners to co-market joint solutions and develop co-branded assets.
  • Track and analyze key performance metrics for marketing initiatives to optimize performance and report to senior leadership.
  • Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.
