About The Position

OMG23 is the Omnicom Media Group agency dedicated to Walt Disney Studios, Disney+ and Disney’s multiple television networks. At OMG23, we have the privilege of partnering with Disney on the planning, buying and implementation of its integrated ad campaigns for some of the entertainment industry’s most iconic brands. Our Walt Disney Studios team works on titles that include a wide variety of blockbuster films distributed under the Walt Disney Studios, Marvel Studios, Lucasfilm, Pixar Animation Studios, Walt Disney Animation Studios, 20th Century, and Searchlight banners. Our Disney Entertainment TV teams work on tune in and streaming for networks including ABC, ABC News, Disney Channels, Freeform, National Geographic and FX. We live movies and TV. The Job: OMG23 | Disney Entertainment | Analytics OMG23 is looking for a Director to join our Marketing Science team, supporting digital analytics for the Walt Disney account. This role sits at the intersection of data, media, and storytelling. You’ll lead people, shape strategy, and turn complex analytics into insights clients can actually use. Our Marketing Science team helps drive smarter media decisions through rigorous analysis and clear thinking. As a Director, you’ll guide the analytics vision, partner closely with media strategists, and mentor a growing team of analysts; all while keeping the work grounded, practical, and impactful.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in a data-driven or quantitative field
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline; advanced degree preferred but not required or equivalent experience
  • A strategic mindset with the ability to connect analytics to business outcomes
  • Proven ability to tell a clear story with data and engage senior audiences
  • Deep understanding of ad tech, research methods, and digital measurement
  • Experience with predictive and prescriptive analytics, not just reporting
  • You’re a clear and confident communicator; equally strong in writing, presenting, and leading conversations with clients and teammates.
  • You thrive in fast-paced environments, staying flexible and adaptable when timelines shift.
  • You take a proactive approach to problem-solving, using critical thinking to find smart solutions.
  • You’re comfortable coaching teammates and contributing to a collaborative, supportive team culture.
  • You bring strong presentation skills and know how to engage an audience with a compelling story.
  • You can simplify complex ideas and turn them into clear, actionable recommendations.
  • DMPs (e.g., BlueKai, Neustar) and martech platforms (DSPs, exchanges)
  • Digital attribution and measurement solutions
  • Analytics tools such as SAS, R, SPSS, or similar
  • Ad serving and web analytics tools (Google Campaign Manager, GA, Omniture, etc.)
  • SQL and data visualization tools like Tableau or Datorama
  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop a team of analysts through coaching, feedback, and clear goals
  • Shape measurement and learning plans that support broader marketing strategy
  • Translate data into clear, compelling narratives that drive action
  • Act as a trusted analytics partner to clients and internal teams
