About The Position

The Director of Marketing Science, Global, leads a global team focused on making marketing measurable for advertisers and agencies. Requirements

  • 18+ years of experience with advertising measurement methods and technologies.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills at an industry level and with senior clients.
  • Experience leading teams across multiple geographies.
  • Advanced quantitative skills and knowledge of statistics and financial analysis.
  • Experience communicating technical content to a general audience and effectively at all levels of a client organization.
  • Bachelor's degree.

  • Advanced degree in a quantitative field or an MBA.
  • Experience working with product and sales teams, familiarity with product roadmapping processes and inbound/outbound activities.

Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of measurement professionals across geographies, identifying opportunities for progression and nurturing future leaders.
  • Represent the Marketing Science team internally and externally with cross-functional teams and at industry events.
  • Manage complex client relationships across industry and client groups to drive measurement objectives.
  • Develop and operationalize 'learning agendas' to help clients improve business outcomes through better measurement techniques.
  • Drive client and industry adoption of preferred measurement methodologies and products to support business growth.
  • Implement and monitor performance indicators for progress across countries and accounts.
  • Develop strategies using consumer and advertising insights to enhance understanding of marketing performance.
  • Conduct ad effectiveness studies to assess the impact of various marketing strategies across platforms.
  • Communicate complex research results to diverse audiences at internal and public events.
  • Collaborate with Product, Sales, and Partnerships to identify opportunities for measurement innovation and client engagement.
  • Navigate competing initiatives across Meta to prioritize resource allocation effectively.
