As part of this growth journey, we're seeking a Director of Marketing Programs to lead the development and execution of brand, creative, and integrated marketing initiatives that shape perception, drive engagement, and elevate customer experience across channels. Starting salary is $135K; commensurate with experience. A Day in the Life: Reporting directly to the Sr Director, Hertz Car Sales Marketing, this leader will oversee brand identity, integrated campaign planning, organic social media, content strategy, and influencer partnerships. They ‘Il work cross-functionally with Creative, Growth, CRM, Communications, and Retail Operations to ensure consistent storytelling that connects emotionally with customers and aligns with our broader business goals.
