THE ROLE: Director, Marketing Production & Creative Operations: The Director of Marketing Production & Creative Operations is the strategic leader responsible for all customer-facing creative production across integrated, digital, omnichannel, retail, experiential, and packaging channels. This role serves as the operational backbone of the marketing organization, translating brand strategy into flawless execution while building scalable systems that support business growth. Reporting to the Senior Director of Integrated Marketing, this hands-on leader will orchestrate photo shoots, marketing campaigns, new content programs (ambassador, video, AI integration), and all channel assets—driving cross-functional alignment across Brand, Marketing, Sales, Creative, and Operations. This role requires a seasoned CPG production leader who can navigate complexity, unite teams, drive strategic process optimization, and lead through the high-stakes execution of our brand refresh in 2026. THE CANDIDATE: Candidate must be passionate, organized, and love developing personal care, grooming, or skin care products. This person has deep CPG production expertise with the strategic acumen to architect systems, drive cross-functional solutions, and lead through complexity. While this candidate excels at building scalable processes and managing strategic workload planning, they have a remarkable ability to remain graceful under pressure and instill confidence in teams during high-stakes moments. The ideal candidate is an inspirational leader—someone who unites teams, champions simplicity in the face of complexity, and leverages goal-setting to drive strategic outcomes. They are a credible partner to Director-level peers, with the executive presence to influence senior stakeholders and the emotional intelligence to navigate organizational change. A true ambassador for the brand, both internally and externally, who takes a "sleeves-rolled-up" approach when needed while maintaining strategic oversight.
