As Director, Experiential Marketing Planning & Strategy, you will define and lead the end-to-end event and experience strategy for MAP. This is not an event planning role. This is a strategic leadership role responsible for building the vision, framework, and execution engine behind high-visibility internal, B2B, industry, and member-facing events that drive brand growth, partner engagement, and business impact. Operating within a fast-scaling, startup-like environment inside one of the world’s most influential retail organizations, you’ll architect the strategy, build the playbooks, lead cross-functional alignment, and oversee execution of enterprise-level experiences that elevate the MAP brand and deliver measurable results.
