Kooth is looking for a technically fluent, operationally strong Director of Marketing Operations to design, optimize, and run our U.S. martech systems and team. Reporting to the VP of Marketing, you’ll build and lead the infrastructure that fuels our growth and lifecycle marketing, while guiding a small but agile team across marketing automation, CRM workflows, email operations, and cross-functional project intake. You’ll take ownership of our martech stack — including HubSpot (all Hubs), Contentful, MMPs (AppsFlyer), and ASO tools (AppRadar) — ensuring systems are seamlessly integrated, workflows are scalable, and data flows transparently across teams and cross-departmental platforms like Braze and SFDC.
