About The Position

We are looking for a strategic and dynamic Director of Marketing Strategy & Operations to join our team! This leadership role is key to aligning sales and marketing strategies with our go-to-market (GTM) technology initiatives, supporting New Business (SMB, Commercial, Enterprise) and Expansion Sales. The ideal candidate will optimize revenue-generating activities to drive growth and efficiency across the organization.

Requirements

  • 12+ years of experience in marketing operations, sales operations, or a similar role in a high-growth, dynamic environment.
  • Deep knowledge of sales and marketing strategies, operational management, and GTM technologies.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with CRM platforms, marketing automation, and related technologies.
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to drive strategic vision and operational excellence.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field (MBA preferred).

Responsibilities

  • Support the Head of Marketing and their leadership team with day-to-day operations, strategic planning, data and analytics, and budget management.
  • Establish a business rhythm with cross-functional teams to review performance on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis.
  • Develop and maintain scalable processes to ensure best practices in funnel management and data-driven decision-making.
  • Identify key growth levers, size their potential impact, and present recommendations to leadership.
  • Drive and own the prioritization process between Marketing and key stakeholders—Growth, Sales, RevOps, and Finance—to align on strategic goals and deliver on GTM OKRs.
  • Analyze current business trends, uncover key drivers of change, and forecast performance.
  • Monitor and analyze the entire marketing funnel’s performance, develop data-driven insights, and recommend improvements for optimal efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Mentor the marketing operations team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and accountability.
