About The Position

We are seeking a collaborative, high -energy, detail -driven graphic design professional who combines strong art direction vision with hands -on production capabilities.
Like using design and compelling visuals to help tell stories and advance positive narratives. Someone who excels at both setting creative vision and executing polished design work.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and production of visual assets across marketing materials, websites, digital campaigns, and data -driven storytelling (including infographics), ensuring clarity, impact, and consistency.
• Provide art direction and creative guidance to collaborative projects while maintaining hands -on involvement in design production and execution.
• Collaborate closely with the Marketing team and cross -functional stakeholders to contribute to creative strategy and translate business objectives into compelling visual solutions in support of multiple brand identities across different economic development initiatives.
• Serve as a steward of the brand, upholding and evolving brand standards across all design deliverables while identifying opportunities to streamline workflows and elevate the organization's visual presence.
