Learn more at www.wondrhealth.com. PURPOSE: The Director, Marketing Automation serves as a strategic enterprise leader and functional owner of Wondr Health’s marketing automation ecosystem. This role drives the vision, governance, and execution of marketing automation across the organization, ensuring alignment with enterprise growth objectives and customer experience excellence. The Director will lead the implementation and optimization of the core marketing automation platform, establishing best practices and enabling scalable, data-driven adoption and engagement strategies. This position partners closely with Marketing, Product, IT, and other business units to deliver integrated, automated campaigns that accelerate participant acquisition, enrollment, engagement, and retention.
