The Opportunity We are seeking a visionary Director of Marketing Attribution & Optimization to lead our marketing measurement strategy and elevate how we understand, optimize, and communicate marketing impact. In this role, you will guide high‑performing analytics teams and own the design of advanced marketing measurement frameworks spanning attribution, incrementality testing, and causal inference. You will shape our association’s approach to marketing mix modeling, long‑term brand impact analysis, and cross‑channel identity‑based measurement, while ensuring rigor, governance, and model validation in a regulated environment. This is a pivotal role for a leader ready to define the future of measurement and drive smarter, more accountable marketing at scale. Leads and develops a highly analytical staff that provides decision support for business areas across the association. By serving as a strategic partner to the business this function will be responsible for applying mathematical and statistical techniques and/or innovative /quantitative analytical approaches to draw conclusions and make 'insight to action' recommendations to answer business objectives and drive change. This role is remote eligible in the continental U.S. with occasional business travel. However, individuals residing within a 60-mile radius of a USAA office will be expected to work on-site in the office 4 days per week. Relocation assistance is not available for this position.
