About The Position

Sodexo's Healthcare and Seniors segment is seeking a Director of Marketing, Audience Engagement . This role leads marketing execution for Sodexo’s Healthcare and Seniors segments, focusing on creating and activating sales enablement tools, digital campaigns, events, and content that support growth. The Director of Marketing Activation manages creative workflows, agency partners, digital programs, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure high-quality, on-time deliverables that strengthen engagement with prospects and clients. This is a virtual position with 20% travel and candidates will need to live close to a major airport. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
  • 10+ years of relevant marketing experience, including digital execution, content activation, campaign development, and cross-functional project management.
  • Proven ability to manage agencies, internal partners, and creative workflows.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and storytelling skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead teams and drive execution across multiple simultaneous projects.
  • Minimum Education Requirement - Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum Management Experience – 7 years
  • Minimum Functional Experience – 7 years

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in healthcare, seniors living, hospitality, or B2B environments preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development of sales enablement tools and materials for Healthcare and Seniors.
  • Support sales activation through Sales Plays, Jacquard, Outreach, and Showpad content management.
  • Ensure materials are timely, accurate, and aligned with segment needs.
  • Manage day-to-day coordination with external agencies and MSDC partners.
  • Provide clear briefs, feedback, and approvals to ensure high-quality and on-time deliverables.
  • Oversee execution of downstream digital and media programs, including email campaigns, websites, landing pages, and paid advertising.
  • Review creative assets, audience targeting, and activation plans to ensure alignment with segment objectives.
  • Collaborate with internal digital teams to optimize performance and maintain brand consistency.
  • Direct planning and execution of video and photo shoots.
  • Ensure creative alignment, storytelling consistency, and accurate representation of the Seniors and Healthcare segments.
  • Lead the full project development process from intake through final delivery.
  • Manage project trafficking, workflow, and status updates to ensure deadlines and expectations are met.
  • Maintain cross-functional alignment with Sales, Operations, Upstream Marketing, and Communications.
  • Oversee planning and execution of conferences, industry events, and webinars.
  • Ensure all event-related assets, messaging, and logistics support engagement goals.
  • Provide oversight for social media activation supporting the Seniors and Healthcare segments, in collaboration with the Communications team.
  • Ensure posts, campaigns, and creative assets reinforce brand strategy.
  • Monitor competitive marketing activity and report observations to guide downstream tactics and sales support.
