About the position

Directs team(s) of consultants to ensure the alignment, buy-in, and coordination of diverse stakeholders to drive the implementation of strategic business initiatives and projects/programs across multiple functional tracks or complex workstreams. Directs business strategy, organizational alignment, and prioritization of business initiatives. Directs the work of project/program team members by overseeing the coordination of internal and/or external resources. Oversees the development and implementation of strategic business initiatives, systems, and/or processes to a desired future state. Oversees the management of complex, cross-functional projects/programs and directs the proactive monitoring and identification of client, project, program, and/or business risks. Directs change management plans associated with business initiatives. Directs team members in the assessment of strategic performance metrics to support business initiatives. Directs vendor management as required. Monitors and takes accountability for compliance of team work activities by ensuring business plans and team members adhere to relevant policies and procedures.

  • Translates business strategy into actionable business requirements; ensures products and/or services meet member requirements and expectations while aligning with organizational strategies.
  • Gains cross-functional support for business plans and priorities; assumes responsibility for decision making; sets standards, measures progress, and fosters resolution of escalated issues.
  • Communicates goals and objectives; analyzes resources, costs, and forecasts and incorporates them into business plans; prioritizes and distributes resources.
  • Removes obstacles that impact performance; guides performance and develops contingency plans accordingly; ensures teams accomplish business objectives.
  • Directs team(s) of consultants to ensure the alignment, buy-in, and coordination of diverse stakeholders to drive the implementation of strategic business initiatives and projects/programs.
  • Works closely with senior executives to guide the development, refinement, and articulation of the long-term business strategy.
  • Oversees the development and evaluation of performance metrics, standards, and methods to establish business success.
  • Directs the development of strategic roadmaps for solution development and deployment.
  • Partners with executive cross-functional stakeholders to ensure cohesive and reachable metrics.
  • Oversees a portfolio of diverse and complex initiatives to ensure delivery of measurable results and alignment with strategic objectives.
  • Oversees the coordination of internal and/or external resources based on the alignment of team member skills and project/program demands.
  • Directs the proactive monitoring and identification of client, project, program, and/or business risks, issues, and trigger events.
  • Directs change management plans associated with business initiatives by leveraging and developing stakeholder relationships.
  • Directs team members in the assessment of strategic performance metrics to support business initiatives.
  • Oversees continuous learning and professional development by keeping abreast of cutting edge industry practices, standards, and benchmarks.
  • Directs vendor management as required by reviewing vendor performance levels; ensuring service level agreements are met.
  • Monitors and takes accountability for the compliance of team work activities by ensuring business plans and team members adhere to KP, departmental, and/or business line policies and procedures.

  • Experience in vendor management and ensuring compliance with service level agreements.
