Responsible for the development and management of a strategic capability enablement sourcing organization. Manage complex initiatives, drives transformation through tools, AI and automation. This person owns and builds key relationships and directly interacts with Senior Internal stakeholders, overseeing the implementation of initiatives, transformation and operations through the management or the performance of the associated teams within capability enablement. Directs team(s) of consultants to ensure the alignment, buy-in, and coordination of diverse stakeholders to drive the implementation of strategic business initiatives and projects/programs across multiple functional tracks or complex workstreams. Directs business strategy, organizational alignment, and prioritization of business initiatives. Directs the work of project/program team members by overseeing the coordination of internal and/or external resources. Oversee the development and implementation of strategic business initiatives, systems, and/or processes to a desired future state. Oversee the management of complex, cross-functional projects/programs and directs proactive monitoring and identification of client, project, program, and/or business risks. Develop and direct change management plans, communications and training associated with internal and business initiatives. Directs team members in the assessment of strategic performance metrics to support business initiatives. Direct experience in sourcing and knowledge of category management methodologies. Monitors and takes accountability for compliance of work activities by ensuring business plans and team members adhere to relevant policies and procedures.
