Analyzes new and complex strategic planning and creates innovative solutions involving finance, scheduling, mortgage banking, loan servicing, technology, methodology, tools and solution components. Provides oversight and executive level management to overcall contract operations often involving multiple projects/tasks and groups of personnel at multiple divisions. Maintains and manages relationships with senior and executive level management within the client organization. Responsible for ensuring senior and executive level management within the client organization is aware of overall status, including all relevant tasks, projects and their potential impact on higher level organizational strategic vision. This may include subject matter and unique technical knowledge. Responsibilities include managing all functions in a loan servicing center, ensuring quality standards and work performance on all task orders and projects, planning, organizing and oversee work efforts, assigning resources, managing personnel, providing risk management, ensuring quality management, monitoring overall projects and contact performance, etc.
