About The Position
The Director, Major Gifts at the Breast Cancer Research Foundation (BCRF) is a pivotal role responsible for expanding the major gifts program within the Development & Events department. This position focuses on cultivating relationships with high-net-worth individuals to secure significant donations, while also managing and mentoring a team of Philanthropy Officers. The Director will work closely with leadership to develop strategies that align with BCRF's mission and support its comprehensive campaign efforts.
