This position ensures that all airport infrastructure, including—but not limited to—runways, taxiways, aprons, terminal and ancillary buildings, utilities, baggage handling systems, passenger boarding bridges, elevators, escalators, MEP, and electronic systems, is maintained to the highest standards. The Director is responsible for capital planning, procurement and implementation of life cycle & rehabilitation scope of work, regulatory and Project Agreement compliance, and overseeing O&M service provider performance while optimizing maintenance strategies to support 24/7 airport operations.
