The Director of ML Ops Engineer at Fidelity Labs is a pivotal role for the continued success and growth of the Catchlight startup. Catchlight is a new software solution that helps financial advisors prioritize and optimize their leads and prospects. Catchlight launched in January 2022 and is now available to financial advisors across the United States. In this role you will be responsible for hands on building and maintaining the next generation ML platform and infrastructure. The Director of ML Ops Engineer will work closely with technical leads, infrastructure engineers and data scientists. They will establish best practices and lead initiatives to simplify the development and deployment of ML models at scale and bring game-changing ideas to market.
