As the Director of Luxury Sales, you will lead a remote team of phone-based luxury sales agents specializing in high-end resale items, including handbags, watches, fine jewelry, and accessories. The role is focused on developing long-term, trust-based relationships with high-net-worth individuals to drive new customer relationships, increase sales, gain a robust network of referrals, and build a portfolio of luxury clients. This position also requires a strong focus on leveraging data analytics and technology to optimize client engagement, refine sales strategies, and drive revenue growth. We are looking for someone who is able to work a hybrid shift with at least 1-2 days a week onsite in our Carlsbad, CA location.
