As a key leader in the Marketing organization, the Director of the TechNet Program is a strategic leader focused on continuing the evolution of the TechNet, marketing and solutions program. This highly visible role leads the program development and operations as well as leading the member and consumer marketing efforts. They will collaborate with a broad spectrum of key internal and external stakeholders. The Director of TechNet is an experienced leader with strong program leadership, strategy, communications, and marketing experiences that will enable the TechNet program to be an industry leading program supporting independent repair shops. They have a successful track record leading programs focused on driving loyalty, engagement and sales growth. Success depends on building trust and collaboration at every level. This strategic thinker can quickly operationalize to solve complex problems and demonstrates agility and flexibility in a fast paced, customer focused environment. The Director of the TechNet Program is responsible for ensuring the program supports our members and future members by focusing on what is important to them, anticipating their business needs and a program that drives value. This leader is responsible for member and consumer marketing efforts, developing comprehensive omni-channel campaigns designed to drive customer behaviors and purchasing decisions. They will partner to directly impact professional membership, engagement, sales growth, retention, brand development and other KPIs across the Advance enterprise supporting Advance Auto Parts and CARQUEST across the US and Canada. This position is part of a Hybrid work arrangement requiring four days a week in office at the Raleigh headquarters.
