About The Position

The Global Logistics Director is responsible for the radical evolution of our global logistics footprint. This leader will inherit a fragmented, suboptimized legacy network and transform it into a high-velocity, scalable, and digitally-enabled engine. Your primary mission is to bridge the gap between our current state and our growth ambitions. You will lead the "Network Re-engineering" agenda—standardizing disparate regional processes, consolidating inefficient lanes, and deploying modern technology—to create a unified global logistics organization. This is a "Builder" role that requires a balance of strategic network design and hands-on operational turnaround.

Requirements

University degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, or Business; MBA or advanced certification (e.g., APICS) highly preferred.
15+ years of leadership in global logistics, with specific experience in network redesign, turnaround, or large-scale transformation.
Proven track record in complex industrial environments (e.g., machinery, automotive, chemicals) where service reliability is critical.
Strong experience in P&L management, business case development, and delivering multi-million dollar cost-savings through structural change.
Deep familiarity with modern "Logtech" (TMS, WMS, Control Towers) and the challenges of migrating away from legacy systems.
Change Agency: The ability to challenge the status quo and navigate the friction of global transformation.
Systems Thinking: Ability to see how a change in one region or mode impacts the entire global network.
Analytical Grit: The ability to find insights in "messy" legacy data to drive decision-making.
Operational Resilience: A "can-do" mindset that maintains service levels while simultaneously rebuilding the engine.
Executive Influence: Comfort presenting complex transformation roadmaps to the C-suite and Board.
