Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or a minimum of 5-10 years of experience in Logistics with working knowledge of Trade Compliance, or a Master's degree and 3-5 years of experience in Logistics.
  • Previous experience in a management role is required.
  • Advanced Computer Skills.
  • Experience with supply chain network modeling.
  • Advanced Decision Making and Problem Solving Skills.
  • Advanced Verbal and Written Communication Skills.
  • Advanced Google Workspace or MS Office Skills Specifically (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Access).

Nice To Haves

  • Preference at this level is to have a Master's degree or to be in pursuit of one.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand the voice of the customer, including their requirements, product characteristics, and the existing logistics network.
  • Develop bespoke logistics and reverse logistics network designs and strategies aimed at achieving operational excellence.
  • Demonstrate the value proposition of proposed trade and logistics solutions through clear and concise customer presentations.
  • Accountable for the successful onboarding and ongoing execution of SRV customer programs, including tracking implementation progress and resolving issues.
  • Collaborate within SRV, Regional / Site Operations and Global Trade & Logistics teams to ensure exceptional implementation and execution.
  • Assist in creation and delivery of trade and logistical solutions to improve cross-border compliance and logistics performance.
  • Contribute to the development of SRV requirements for technology solutions and identify, evaluate, and implement appropriate logistics tools and technologies.
  • Gather and analyze relevant data to support optimization initiatives.
  • Manage SRV trade and logistics KPI's in line with Global KPIs.
