We are seeking a data-driven and results-oriented Director of Lifecycle Marketing to oversee lead generation, nurturing, and conversion marketing efforts. You will lead the planning, execution, and optimization of email and omnichannel campaigns designed to convert leads into paying Noom users, nurture freemium users into subscribers, and re-engage lapsed customers. You'll work closely with cross-functional partners to ensure data and insights are at the core of every decision. This is a strategic marketing leadership role that requires a deep understanding of campaign performance, testing, and process optimization to drive measurable business outcomes.   • Create and optimize email/omnichannel funnels to convert leads into paying Noom subscribers.
  • Segment and tailor messaging based on user behavior, demographic data, and health interests to drive engagement and conversions.
  • Test various messaging, incentives, and calls to action to determine the most effective strategies.
  • Nurture freemium users into paid subscribers through strategic LCM initiatives.
  • Coordinate with paid media to capture and re-engage leads, ensuring seamless alignment between paid and owned channels.
  • Use CRM data to retarget users who drop off before purchasing, employing automated and personalized messaging.
  • Develop win-back strategies to re-engage lapsed customers and execute targeted email blasts that drive engagement and retention.
  • Monitor and evaluate key metrics to understand campaign performance, uncover trends, and refine strategies.
  • Establish A/B and multivariate testing to optimize messaging, creative, and conversion tactics.
  • Identify opportunities to improve workflows, automation, and efficiency initiatives.
  • Regularly present data-driven insights, test results, and campaign performance to senior leadership.
  • 10+ years of strategic and hands-on experience developing marketing campaigns; confident with segmentation, automation strategy, messaging, conversion optimization, and other facets of LCM marketing.
  • Bachelor's degree; preferably in business, marketing, technical, or quantitative field.
  • Strong analytical skills, with experience interpreting complex data sets, uncovering actionable insights, and presenting findings clearly to stakeholders.
  • Strong leadership skills, with experience managing direct reports.
  • Solid experience with an enterprise-grade ESP (Iterable, Braze, Salesforce, Responsys, etc).
  • Deep expertise and hands-on capabilities in developing and executing A/B tests for email, push, and omnichannel initiatives.
  • Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally to execute a vision through consensus building and data-driven persuasion.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; relentlessly detail-oriented.
  • Background in digital health, eCommerce, DTC, or subscription-based businesses is preferable.
