About The Position

The Director, Lifecycle & E-Commerce will lead Ivim Health’s lifecycle marketing, CRM, and e-commerce strategies to optimize customer engagement, conversion, and retention across every stage of the patient journey. This leader will be responsible for architecting automated, data-driven programs that drive growth and lifetime value through email, SMS, CRM, web, and digital storefronts. This role combines deep technical fluency with creative problem-solving to enhance acquisition performance, retention, and reactivation. The ideal candidate has experience in DTC health or wellness e-commerce, understands the nuances of regulated marketing environments, and thrives in fast-paced, cross-functional collaboration between growth, brand, and product teams. This is a high-impact leadership position-perfect for a strategic operator who can translate insights into measurable revenue growth and patient loyalty.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
  • 7+ years of experience in lifecycle, retention, CRM, or e-commerce marketing
  • 5+ years of leadership experience in DTC, health, wellness, or subscription-based environments
  • Proven success designing and executing multi-channel lifecycle programs that deliver measurable revenue growth
  • Proficiency in CRM and marketing automation platforms (e.g., Klaviyo, Iterable, Braze, HubSpot)
  • Familiarity with e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce) and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Metabase, Looker)
  • Understanding of customer segmentation, attribution modeling, and CRO best practices
  • Comfortable leveraging data visualization and BI tools for performance insights

Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end lifecycle marketing strategy—from acquisition through retention and win-back across email, SMS, and in-app channels.
  • Design and implement automated journeys that increase conversion rates, LTV, and engagement at every touchpoint.
  • Partner with Data, Product, and Growth teams to segment audiences, personalize messaging, and test new lifecycle opportunities.
  • Build a roadmap for continuous CRM improvement, including integrations, data hygiene, and optimization of campaign workflows.
  • Lead Ivim Health’s e-commerce performance strategy, including site funnel optimization, merchandising, cross-sell/upsell strategy, and checkout flow.
  • Collaborate with Product and UX to improve conversion rate optimization (CRO) through A/B testing, personalization, and friction-free design.
  • Manage digital storefront experience and ensure seamless patient journeys from awareness through purchase and post-purchase engagement.
  • Develop and execute retention and re-engagement programs that deepen loyalty and reduce churn.
  • Create feedback loops and satisfaction tracking to inform retention tactics and product improvements.
  • Partner with clinical, brand, and patient experience teams to ensure retention messaging reflects Ivim’s values and patient-first approach.
  • Define and monitor key performance metrics across CRM, lifecycle, and e-commerce programs (LTV, CAC, retention rate, conversion rate, churn).
  • Build dashboards and regular performance reporting for the CMO and executive team.
  • Translate data insights into actionable strategies to drive growth and ROI.
  • Work closely with Paid Media, Brand, and Product to ensure unified customer experiences across channels.
  • Align lifecycle and e-commerce campaigns with company-wide initiatives, product launches, and seasonal marketing moments.
  • Partner with Engineering to ensure marketing technology infrastructure supports advanced automation and personalization.
  • Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing lifecycle and e-commerce marketing team.
  • Foster a culture of experimentation, learning, and continuous improvement.
  • Set clear KPIs, accountability structures, and development plans to drive excellence.
