About The Position

As Director, Lifecycle and Pipeline, you will shape and execute strategies for our innovative oncology pipeline alongside top experts in R&D and the Oncology Business Unit. You will lead the collection and analysis of data to inform project strategies and investment decisions across all stages of development. This role involves delivering detailed market assessments, revenue forecasts, and asset valuations using market research and competitor insights. You will provide strategic recommendations, leveraging excellent analytical, consultative, and communication skills to influence senior leaders and stakeholders. Building strong relationships, challenging ideas constructively, and driving impactful decision-making based on scientific evidence are key aspects of this position.

Requirements

  • BA/BS degree
  • 6+ years in biopharmaceuticals or related fields
  • Experience in oncology
  • Experience in CAR-T
  • Familiar with the oncology drug development process and necessary scientific, commercial and strategic considerations
  • Understanding of clinical data and clinical trial design
  • Proven experience in pharmaceutical industry or consulting contributing to global pipeline strategy
  • Analysis and fact-based decision-making
  • Working with data and/or in a science research/bio-pharmaceutical environment
  • Understanding of general business and core marketing principles
  • Able to influence without authority and establish credibility with senior audiences
  • Resourceful, motivated, decisive and proactive; able to manage multiple priorities
  • Experience of setting up short- and long-term strategic plans
  • Highly intellectually capable with agility and adaptability
  • Motivated by working in a fast-paced field with clear societal impact
