About The Position
LifeSight is the successful global brand of WTW's comprehensive Defined Contribution solutions. With the passage of SECURE 2.0 in 2019, Pooled Employer Plans ("PEP") expanded into the US and WTW launched our US LifeSight PEP. The growth we have seen in LifeSight is phenomenal and we are now looking to expand our internal LifeSight team. As the LifeSight Operations leader, you will collaborate with other PEP leaders (e.g., overall business lead, sales, product, client service, compliance, and investments) and guide the Operations' Team's activities.
