About The Position
Essential Functions Provides operational oversight and supervision to assigned programs/homes with regular communication and interaction with Executive Director; Supervises Case Manager including coaching, scheduling, counseling and disciplining employees, planning, monitoring and appraising job results. Help ensure the safety of individuals through monitoring, maintenance, and implementation of all compliance and regulations. Coordinate, write, and implement comprehensive assessments and service plans with the individual and family in accordance with State Department of Public Welfare's 6500 and 6100 regulations. Ensure fiscal integrity of program finances. Evaluates program resources and identifies areas of strength and weakness. Oversees Incident Management Process. On-call coverage for assigned areas.
Requirements
- Master’s degree or above from an accredited college or university and one year of work experience working directly with persons with disabilities or
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university and two years of work experience working directly with persons with disabilities.
