About The Position

Hippocratic AI is seeking a Director of Life Sciences Marketing to define, build, and lead our vertical marketing strategy for Healthcare Generative AI agents serving the life sciences sector. The ideal candidate is a strategic B2B healthcare marketer who understands the complexities of enterprise pharma workflows and can translate technical AI agent capabilities into messaging that resonates with cross-functional stakeholders that may include Medical Affairs, Safety, Clinical, IT, healthcare professionals, and Digital Innovation.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of B2B healthcare marketing with 4+ in life sciences/pharma
  • Deep understanding of pharma operations workflows across Medical, Safety, Access, Patient Services, or Clinical.
  • Experience bringing solutions to market, ideally at an early or growth-stage company.
  • Knowledge of LLM architecture and agent safety frameworks
  • Strong grasp of life sciences compliance
  • Fluent in ABM, marketing automation, CRM tools, and enterprise sales enablement

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with contact center operations, knowledge base governance, or clinical content systems used in pharma.
  • Experience marketing to Digital Health/Innovation teams within life sciences orgs.
  • Understanding of AI governance frameworks.
  • Advanced degree a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Vertical Strategy & Narrative
  • Own the segment strategy for life sciences: ICP definition, buyer personas, and use case mapping.
  • Develop a category-defining narrative for safe, compliant AI in pharmaceutical operations.
  • Product Marketing for AI Agents
  • Define and own messaging architecture, solution briefs, competitive positioning, and sales enablement content.
  • Translate AI model capabilities (e.g., escalation protocols, human-in-the-loop safety layers) into clear, compliant claims and buyer-ready value propositions.
  • Create demos, talk tracks, objection handling, and ROI calculators to accelerate enterprise adoption.
  • Evidence, Safety & Compliance Communications
  • Partner with internal and external teams to create compliant case studies and other assets.
  • Communicate operational outcomes such as adherence, case resolution quality, user satisfaction.
  • Demand Gen, ABM, and Event Marketing
  • Launch account-based marketing (ABM) programs for named pharma accounts with personalization across email, events, and content syndication.
  • Work with marketing team members and go to market teams to drive field marketing strategy across key pharma conferences/events, including booth strategy, speaking submissions, and pre/post campaign execution.
  • Establish performance reporting for funnel metrics, attribution, and campaign effectiveness.
