The Role: (Los Angeles or New York Hybrid) We’re looking for a Director, Licensing, to play a key role on the Epic Games portfolio, helping manage the Fortnite licensing business across toys & collectibles, and other key categories, with a focus on client and partner management. This is a high-impact, highly visible position that combines exceptional client management, strategic planning, creative vision, and franchise development expertise. You will work closely with the Associate Vice President who oversees the broader Epic Games business to drive program execution, stakeholder management, and strategic planning. The ideal candidate is both a strategist and operator who can navigate a complex, fast-paced client environment while building scalable programs that strengthen Fortnite’s position as one of the most culturally relevant brands in the world.
