Building a modern learning ecosystem that blends original content, microlearning, hands on training, digital experiences, and AI driven tools that scale instinctively across a growing workforce. Using data, insights, and performance analysis to pinpoint capability gaps and drive measurable lift in speed, quality, and confidence. Partnering with leaders across the business to set priorities, shape capability needs, and guide adoption so new programs connect immediately. Leading, coaching, and developing a high performing L&D team while setting clear standards for excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Rapid testing and iteration of new learning approaches so content stays relevant, nimble, and aligned to the rhythm of a fast-moving retail business.
