The Director of Leadership and Talent Development at Tarleton State University, under general direction, leads initiatives that strengthen employee engagement and leadership capacity across the institution. This role ensures alignment with Tarleton’s mission of fostering academic excellence and community impact by managing special projects and developing programs that support faculty and staff growth. Serves as Campus Security Authority (CSA). Position is located on the main campus in Stephenville, Texas with work hours of Monday to Friday; 8AM to 5PM or as work requirements indicate. Remote/Hybrid work options are available.
