As the Director, Leadership and Organizational Development, you will be a key member of our Human Resources and Talent Management team, responsible for the overall strategy and execution of the global Leadership and Organizational Development function. You will lead the strategy, design, development and implementation of programs and initiatives aligned to the TriNet Leadership Profile and One TriNet culture. Your primary focus will be on leading the team that is empowering leaders, building capabilities, and driving programs that enhance employee engagement, organizational team effectiveness and leadership performance.
