About The Position

The Director, Launch Excellence is an energetic, highly collaborative, and passionate patient services leader responsible for overseeing the design of both customized and scalable solutions for program launches and transitions. This role focuses on project-based strategic goal achievement, operational effectiveness, risk mitigation, and revenue optimization. The incumbent will drive customer discovery and consultation, guiding customers toward program solutions that can be implemented effectively and efficiently.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, health, science, marketing, communications, or a related discipline, or 14+ years of industry experience.
  • 10+ years of related operational experience, including 5+ years of customer consulting or related experience and 3+ years of management experience.
  • Experience in life sciences, pharmaceuticals, and/or healthcare industry.
  • Strong knowledge of patient support and affordability services within the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Ability to influence audiences, facilitate solutioning, and lead discussions.
  • Familiarity with compliance and security standards, policies, and risk management.

Nice To Haves

  • PMP or Six Sigma certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Leads program launch design sessions to produce key deliverables, including business requirements and business rules documentation, patient and healthcare provider journey diagrams, strategic roadmaps, blueprint development, and gap analyses in collaboration with ConnectiveRx and customer stakeholders.
  • Works with customers and end-users across the organization to gather, understand, synthesize, prioritize, and define business objectives.
  • Facilitates and participates in cross-functional development and review of operational assets (e.g., process flows, business rules, correspondence), training materials, and IT documentation.
  • Collaborates with Product Management to ensure program solutions are designed and implemented effectively and efficiently.
  • Identifies strategic and technical opportunities through program launch design sessions.
  • Supports Project Management in tracking the status of requirements, navigating scope changes, and adjusting requirements as needed.
