About The Position
The Director-Laboratory leads the operation of a division of the Laboratory (e.g., Customer Support, Preanalytic Hub, Analytic Hub, Loma Linda Environs, Murrieta Environs). In conjunction with the Medical Director and senior Laboratory management and the approved Strategic Plan, formulates goals, sets priorities, assigns responsibilities and establishes timelines for the Laboratory division. Performs other duties as needed.
