Collaboration with Hospital Billing, Outreach Billing, and Managed Care teams is essential to resolve payment issues and optimize revenue cycle performance. The role includes partnering with Finance Leaders within Atlantic Health to align laboratory financial goals with broader organizational objectives, maintaining and optimizing the laboratory chargemaster in coordination with relevant departments, and identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance financial operations and cost efficiency. Compliance with internal policies and external regulations related to billing and financial reporting is also a critical responsibility. Finally, the candidate will serve as a strategic advisor to Laboratory leadership on financial matters and business operations.
