About The Position

At Kyndryl, we design, build, manage and modernize the mission-critical technology systems that the world depends on every day. As a Consult Partner, you will leverage Kyndryl's global strength and technology capabilities to create and deliver solutions that matter to our clients. You will participate and lead multi-disciplinary teams on complex consulting engagements, accountable for creating and delivering value and driving growth in Kyndryl's largest accounts. This role involves building senior-level business and technology relationships and driving value-based outcomes, with opportunities to lead small teams on multiple projects.

Requirements

  • Extensive experience and proven track record in IT Consulting with a global consulting firm.
  • Continuous learning mindset with a thirst for understanding relevant business insights.
  • Established history combining consulting, implementation, and managed services.
  • Experience delivering workshops, assessments, strategies, roadmaps, designs, and deployment plans.
  • Demonstrated record of creating & executing client transformation programs.
  • Track record of developing and expanding client relationships with executive focus.
  • Proven ability to communicate at all levels of the organization.
  • Differentiated industry expertise in discrete manufacturing and/or automotive industries.
  • At least 5 years of shop floor manufacturing and Industry 4.0 experience.
  • Depth of knowledge across technology and IT trends.
  • Demonstrated ability to shape large complex, multi-competency deals.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field; Master's degree or MBA preferred.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Statement of Work / contract development and negotiation.
  • Development of business cases with return-on-investment analysis.
  • Hands-on experience with cloud platform leaders (AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • Extensive experience with SAP transformation implementations.
  • Experience leading RISE with SAP or S4/HANA manufacturing solution implementation.
  • Understanding of modern software engineering and operations.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver customized client engagements that provide valuable insights, strategies, and roadmaps bringing business value through modern and emerging technologies.
  • Leverage existing manufacturing and automotive industry relationships.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key client and Kyndryl stakeholders.
  • Develop a pipeline of opportunities, originating, developing, and signing new business deals in alignment with C-level clients.
  • Team with Kyndryl account leadership to facilitate account planning and drive pursuit teams to develop proposals.
  • Bring deep manufacturing industry-centric and technical thought leadership.
  • Identify 'land and expand' opportunities leveraging consulting entry points.
