About The Position
The Director of Knowledge Management Engagement will lead the development and management of a knowledge management function for the Institute for Capacity Building (ICB) team at UNCF. This role involves collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to effectively utilize data for improvement and transformation within ICB and its partner institutions. The Director will oversee a team of data professionals, define strategies for data collection and analysis, and create innovative approaches to advance the HBCU community.
