About The Position

The Director IT position at Honeywell International, Inc. in Charlotte, NC involves leading the architectural design of Field Services and other SFDC platforms, ensuring alignment with business objectives. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 8 years of IT experience.
  • 4 years of experience driving successful Salesforce development projects and initiatives.
  • Field Service domain experience (Salesforce or other platforms).
  • 2 years of experience designing and configuring on Salesforce platform.
  • Experience designing and defining data flow diagrams between Salesforce and other boundary systems.
  • Experience in people management, including providing guidance, support, and performance feedback.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and drive the architectural design of our Field Services and other SFDC platforms, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

  • Influence the adoption of best practices, coding standards, and architectural patterns across projects.
  • Work closely with product managers, project managers, and other stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into an effective architecture.
  • Conduct performance assessments and implement optimizations as needed.
