About The Position
Adswerve is looking for a Director, IT to join the team! The Director, IT will lead the development and execution of the technology strategy that supports both IT operations and Business Intelligence. This person will oversee the IT infrastructure, systems, and security while enhancing data-driven decision-making through effective BI solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, proven leadership in a cloud-based environment, and a business-oriented approach that drives company growth. This role requires deeper technical knowledge and a willingness to dive into the details to understand and support the platforms and solutions that drive our organization forward. We need someone who is not afraid to get hands-on and into the weeds, balancing strategic oversight with practical, technical contributions.
