About The Position

The Director of IT at Fortune Brands Innovations Group, Inc. is responsible for implementing and maintaining CRM/CX and SCM systems, including Oracle Sales Cloud, Oracle Service Cloud, Oracle Marketing Cloud, Oracle CPQ, Oracle EBS Order Management, iStore, and Product Data Hub Cloud, along with all related processes and interfaces. The role involves leading a team responsible for day-to-day system support on Oracle or similar ERP applications, including user setup, management, and training. The Director will identify, document, quantify, and implement system and process enhancements in collaboration with cross-functional business teams. Additionally, the position requires managing upgrades of all applications and new feature and module implementations, designing, developing, and deploying OTBI reports to support business requirements, and establishing and managing key performance indicators to measure and improve processes/systems, including data quality and governance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or related field.
  • 5 years of experience as an IT Business Analyst CRM, Sr. Manager, IT, Consultant, or related position.
  • 5 years of experience facilitating business requirements discussions and creating detailed business requirement and design documents.
  • 5 years of experience maintaining configurations, reports, and workflows within cloud-based CRM applications.
  • 3 years of experience implementing and supporting Oracle cloud CRM tools.
  • 5 years of experience implementing and supporting Oracle ERP and SCM tools.
  • 5 years of experience designing integrations between cloud CRM tools and Oracle E-Business suite.

Responsibilities
