The Director of Technology & Digital Innovation, as a member of the CIO's leadership team (CIO Council), is responsible for leading enterprise networks, endpoint management, and collaboration platforms while driving digital workplace innovation. This role ensures that IT services are reliable, secure, and aligned with business needs, while also shaping the future of how employees interact with technology. The Director partners with the IT Director and CISO on architecture, standards, and security, and works closely with the Service Center to deliver an exceptional employee experience.

  • Direct technical infrastructure operations supporting enterprise servers, cloud, applications, interfaces, intranet, PACS, and related systems.
  • Lead network operations across LAN/WAN, firewalls, wireless, VPN, telecom, and monitoring.
  • Oversee endpoint lifecycle management: procurement, provisioning, patching, and retirement.
  • Manage technical interfaces and secure information exchange technologies in line with regulatory standards.
  • Partner with the Service Center on incident, change, and problem management; monitor availability, performance, and user satisfaction metrics.
  • Measure employee technology experience and continuously optimize it.
  • Oversee centralized device control through Unified Endpoint Management (UEM).
  • Explore and assess emerging workplace innovations, productivity tools and advanced mobility solutions.
  • Enhance onboarding and device replacement processes.
  • Provide guidance in leveraging automation and service catalogs, reducing organizational dependency on IT and improve agility through automation.
  • Leverage predictive maintenance, automated remediation, and proactive issue resolution wherever possible.
  • Enforce CISO-defined standards for patching, encryption, and configurations.
  • Manage vendors for endpoint, network, AV, and collaboration platforms; optimize contracts, budgets, and resources.
  • Coordinate multichannel communications with HR, clinical, facilities, and corporate leaders to improve adoption, employee engagement, and technology experience.
  • Mentor teams to build a culture of creativity, accountability, and continuous learning.

  • Master's Degree in IT, Engineering, or related field required.
  • 10+ years of IT operations experience, with at least 5 years in management or innovation-focused leadership role.
  • Proven expertise in endpoint management, collaboration platforms, and enterprise networks.
  • Experience leading digital workplace innovation programs (e.g., UEM, DEM, automation, hybrid work enablement).
  • Familiarity with ITIL frameworks and ITSM platforms (Service Now, Jira Service Management, etc.).
  • Strong leadership and change management skills, with the ability to bridge technology and business outcomes.
